Four things to look at before you pump a ball, hang a net or order a size.

  1. Pump to the number on the ball

    The recommended pressure is printed on the ball, near the valve. Inflate to that number.

  2. Wet the needle first

    Moisten the inflation needle with a drop of water before you insert it into the valve.

  3. Count the hooks on your rim

    Most standard rims have 12 net hooks. Count the hooks on your rim and pick a net with the same number of loops.

    Read the dimensions and package contents in the product details before you order. Missing a detail? Email us and ask.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, ship in 1–2 business days. UPS then delivers in 3–7 business days, so 4–9 business days in total. Shipping is free to US addresses.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 30 days and free of charge. A prepaid return label comes in your package. Exchanges are accepted, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Which replacement net fits my hoop?

Count the net hooks on your rim. Most standard rims have 12. Pick a net with the same number of loops as your rim has hooks. If a net page does not give its loop count, email us before you order.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a UPS tracking number. If the tracking has not moved or you cannot find the email, write to us with your order number.
